- Assist patients with their rehabilitation exercises and activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use.
- Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to aid in their recovery.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the clinic.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy)
Certification As A Certified Rehabilitation Technician (Crt) Through The National Association Of Rehabilitation Technicians (Nart)
1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Rehabilitation Setting
Knowledge Of Rehabilitation Equipment And Techniques, Such As Therapeutic Modalities And Exercise Programs
Strong Interpersonal Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
