  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions for onboarding onto our payment processing platform.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication throughout the onboarding process.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for clients.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and work with internal teams to implement changes.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for onboarding processes and procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and compliance regulations.
  11. Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on onboarding processes and procedures.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  14. Conduct post-onboarding follow-ups to gather feedback and address any outstanding issues.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Customer Onboarding Processes And Procedures, Including Account Setup, Data Migration, And System Integration.

  • Proficiency In Various Technical Tools And Systems Commonly Used In Customer Onboarding, Such As Crm Software, Data Management Platforms, And Api Integrations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities, With A Focus On Delivering Timely And Effective Solutions To Customer Onboarding Issues.

  • Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technical Support Or Engineering Capacity, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Customer Inquiries And Escalations.
