  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand client partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues and providing timely and effective solutions.

  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve account management operations.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the account management function to drive growth and success for the company.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  13. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on client account status and progress to senior management.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of Mastercard's products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
