  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies and revenue management initiatives in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze data and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and develop pricing recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure pricing strategies are effectively executed.
  4. Lead the development and maintenance of a robust pricing and revenue management system, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Monitor and track pricing performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  6. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and identify potential areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for pricing strategies.
  8. Train and mentor team members on pricing and revenue management principles and best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  10. Communicate pricing strategies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing decisions and their impact on the business.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential pricing challenges and risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in pricing and revenue management systems.
  13. Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to pricing and revenue management as assigned by senior management.
  14. Uphold the company's mission and values, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Pricing And Analytics Within A Large Corporation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Pricing Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ppa (Price Per Acquisition) Models And Data Analytics Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
