  1. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on all relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements for food and consumer products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products meet safety and compliance standards.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities to ensure timely and accurate information is obtained.
  4. Review and analyze product formulations, labeling, and packaging to ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Create and maintain documentation and reports to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Identify potential compliance issues and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  7. Conduct internal audits and provide guidance to teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  8. Train and educate employees on regulatory guidelines, requirements, and best practices.
  9. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on industry trends and developments.
  10. Monitor and track changes in regulations and communicate updates and implications to relevant teams.
  11. Lead or support product recall procedures as needed.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance matters.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to regulatory compliance.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Act with a sense of urgency to ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Food Science

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Related Field Within The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Familiarity With Global Regulatory Requirements And Procedures For Food And Beverage Products

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Ability To Navigate Complex Regulatory Processes

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
