  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service associates to deliver exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and customer-centric work environment.
  4. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  10. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of popular products.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  13. Manage the department's budget and approve expenses within the allocated budget.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes and implement new strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Customer Behavior, And Market Trends, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
