  1. Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for optimizing the Macy’s website and maximizing online sales.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance, direction, and support in leveraging data to make informed business decisions.
  3. Monitor website traffic and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of data-driven insights.
  5. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to measure and analyze website performance and customer engagement.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of website initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve website functionality and customer experience.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business decisions.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms and systems.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  12. Train and develop team members to enhance their data analytics skills and knowledge.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new data tools and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  14. Develop and manage the department budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  15. Stay up-to-date with privacy regulations and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
