4. Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product selection and placement.
5. Assist with product transfers and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of merchandise.
7. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with maintaining visual standards in the store by ensuring merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any product-related questions and offering styling suggestions.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to make recommendations for future assortment strategies.
11. Assist with conducting inventory audits and cycle counts to identify any discrepancies.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
13. Train and mentor new associates, providing guidance on assortment procedures and company standards.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company-wide initiatives.
15. Continuously seek out ways to improve and streamline assortment processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
