
Store Operations Sr. Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Operations Sr. Analyst to join the Lowe’s team. This role is critical to the success of our store operations and requires a strong candidate with the ability to think strategically and analytically. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; a minimum of three years of experience in a retail store operations role; advanced proficiency with computer systems and applications; and strong understanding of store operations, store systems, and store processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on store operations performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations
- Monitor and track store operations performance data and identify areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with store operations department leaders and staff
- Provide guidance and training to store operations personnel on store systems, processes, and procedures
- Monitor store systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement store operations best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve store operations issues
- Create and deliver presentations to store operations personnel on key initiatives
- Participate in store operations operational reviews and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain store operations scorecards and performance metrics
