Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Operations Sr. Analyst to join the Lowe’s team. This role is critical to the success of our store operations and requires a strong candidate with the ability to think strategically and analytically. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; a minimum of three years of experience in a retail store operations role; advanced proficiency with computer systems and applications; and strong understanding of store operations, store systems, and store processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on store operations performance metrics
Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations
Monitor and track store operations performance data and identify areas of improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with store operations department leaders and staff
Provide guidance and training to store operations personnel on store systems, processes, and procedures
Monitor store systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Develop and implement store operations best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve store operations issues
Create and deliver presentations to store operations personnel on key initiatives
Participate in store operations operational reviews and provide feedback
Develop and maintain store operations scorecards and performance metrics
