  1. Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  2. Provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families on how to manage chronic lung conditions and improve respiratory health.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and respiratory therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Stay current with advancements in pulmonary rehabilitation and incorporate new techniques and methods into patient care.
  7. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations for treatment.
  8. Educate patients on proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.

  10. Comply with all healthcare regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Pulmo Rehab Specialist Position At Lincare Holdings. This Educational Background Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Provide Specialized Care For Patients With Respiratory Conditions.

  • Certification As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt): Lincare Holdings May Require Candidates For A Pulmo Rehab Specialist Role To Hold A Current Rrt Certification.
