Are you a motivated and driven individual looking for a remote sales position? Lincare Holdings is seeking an energetic and personable Inside Sales Rep to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and connect with potential customers via phone and email. We are seeking candidates with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.   1. Conduct sales calls and emails to potential customers to promote and sell Lincare Holdings products and services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term partnerships.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques and strategies to effectively communicate the value of Lincare Holdings products and services.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively promote and sell to potential customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards goals.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
  11. Represent Lincare Holdings in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  13. Utilize technology and sales tools effectively to manage and track sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Inside Sales Rep Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Connect With Potential Clients And Build Rapport Over Remote Channels.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Inside Sales, Preferably In A Remote Setting. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques, Lead Generation, And Customer Relationship Management.

  • Self-Motivation And Time Management: As A Remote Position, Inside Sales Reps Must Be Able To Work Independently And Manage Their Time Effectively. This Requires A High Level Of Self-Motivation And Discipline To Meet Sales Targets And Deadlines.

  • Proficiency With Technology: Working In A Remote Sales Role Requires A High Level Of Comfort And Proficiency With Technology. This Includes Experience With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software, Video Conferencing Tools, And Other Remote Communication Platforms.

  • Industry Knowledge: While Not Always A Strict Requirement, Candidates With Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Specifically In Medical Equipment And Supplies, May Have An Advantage In This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitors.
