  12. Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
  15. Serve as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Systems Analyst, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of System Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Project Management Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
