Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Insurance Defense

  • Active State Bar Membership In The State Where Employment Is Located

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Argue On Behalf Of The Company In Court.
