  1. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assess the merits of insurance defense cases.
  2. Develop effective defense strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  3. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
  4. Prepare and present persuasive arguments in defense of clients' interests.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including claims adjusters, underwriters, and other attorneys, to develop and execute litigation plans.
  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure effective representation of clients.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address any concerns.
  9. Negotiate settlements and attend mediations as needed.
  10. Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all legal regulations and requirements.
  11. Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.
  12. Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assess liability and damages in a timely and accurate manner.
  14. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admission To The State Bar And In Good Standing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Litigation Skills.
