Manage and develop a team of high performers that can operate in ambiguity Conduct competitor, market research to understand competitor actions and product acceptance/adoption by customers. Develop strategic analysis frameworks and recommendations for GRM’s Transportation and Mobility strategic imperatives. Develop comprehensive, multi-functional, multi-year plan to prepare our business for the transition to autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles. Obtain executive (e.g., COO, Chief Product Officer) buy-in on strategy and initiatives. Manage and deliver the ridehail & New Mobility Monthly Operating Report. Establish processes to communicate product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
