Job Description

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Services Operation Team Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is passionate about customer service and finding innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service or operational role and demonstrated success in managing a team of professionals.We are looking for a team manager who is organized, focused, and creative in their approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of customer service best practices and be able to effectively communicate and manage a team. This individual will be expected to develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective customer service operations. They must also be able to assess and address customer service issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure compliance with customer service policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals to ensure customer service goals are met.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective customer service operations.
  3. Monitor customer service performance and ensure customer service best practices are being followed.
  4. Assess and address customer service issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure compliance with customer service policies.
  5. Foster a culture of excellent customer service and provide timely feedback to team members.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations.
  7. Create and manage customer service performance metrics and reporting.
  8. Stay up to date with customer service trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
