  1. Develop and implement strategies to create and maintain a strong company culture at Lenovo.
  2. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify areas of improvement in the company culture.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand the current culture and identify areas for change.
  4. Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
  5. Create and lead training programs to educate employees on the importance of a positive and inclusive culture.
  6. Act as a consultant and advisor to senior leaders on culture-related issues and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of culture initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of culture initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to organizational culture.
  10. Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting and embodying Lenovo's values and cultural principles.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and promote a positive culture.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to team members and other employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  13. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure that all initiatives are inclusive and promote diversity.
  14. Drive cultural change through effective communication, education, and engagement strategies.
  15. Monitor and report on the progress of culture initiatives to senior leadership.
