  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture at Lenovo.
  2. Plan and execute engaging activities and events for employees to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and ideas for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure that concerns and suggestions are effectively addressed.
  5. Monitor and track employee engagement levels and continuously seek new ways to improve.
  6. Create and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters and surveys, to keep employees informed and involved.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement.
  8. Work closely with HR to develop and implement effective onboarding and retention programs.
  9. Serve as a role model for positive behavior and promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to expand employee engagement initiatives and opportunities.
  11. Encourage and support employee volunteer and community service efforts.
  12. Monitor and assess the impact of employee engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
  14. Serve as the main point of contact for any employee engagement related inquiries or concerns.
  15. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, and actively promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the company.
  16. Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to further enhance skills and knowledge in employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Global Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cultural Diversity And The Ability To Navigate And Engage With Different Cultures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders From Various Backgrounds.

  • Proven Experience In Event Planning And Execution, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Inclusive Events And Initiatives That Promote Cultural Awareness And Understanding.
