1. Oversee the quality control process for all homes and communities, ensuring that Lennar's standards are consistently met.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to improve overall quality and efficiency.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of homes and communities to identify and address any quality issues.
4. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that quality standards are understood and adhered to during the building process.
5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control.
6. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to address any quality concerns and provide guidance on best practices.
7. Train and educate team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to processes.
9. Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
10. Lead and motivate a team of quality control inspectors to ensure their performance meets company standards.
