- Learn and understand the homebuilding industry, company policies, and procedures.
- Attend and actively participate in all training programs to gain knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful New Home Sales Consultant.
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's home designs, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
- Work closely with experienced New Home Sales Consultants to gain hands-on experience and learn best practices.
- Build relationships with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Conduct tours of model homes and showcase the features and benefits of each home to potential buyers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, addendums, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of available homes, lots, and pricing to effectively match buyers with their desired home.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote our homes and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company at all times.
