  1. Learn and understand the homebuilding industry, company policies, and procedures.
  2. Attend and actively participate in all training programs to gain knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful New Home Sales Consultant.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our company's home designs, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
  4. Work closely with experienced New Home Sales Consultants to gain hands-on experience and learn best practices.
  5. Build relationships with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  6. Conduct tours of model homes and showcase the features and benefits of each home to potential buyers.
  7. Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, addendums, and other necessary documents.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of available homes, lots, and pricing to effectively match buyers with their desired home.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote our homes and attract potential buyers.
  10. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  12. Keep up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process.
  14. Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's brand.
  15. Follow up with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service even after the sale is complete.

Job Qualifications
