Wellness Worker

The Wellness Worker at LabCorp plays a critical role in creating a culture of health and wellness for our employees and their families. 1. Develop customized health and wellness plans for LabCorp employees and their families.
2. Educate and provide resources on health and wellness topics to LabCorp employees and their families.
3. Develop and implement health and wellness initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles.
4. Monitor and track health-related data to evaluate the success of health and wellness programs.
5. Plan and organize health and wellness events and activities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that health and wellness initiatives are successful.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with employees and their families about health and wellness options.
8. Stay up to date on the latest health and wellness trends.
9. Assist in the development of health and wellness policies and procedures.
