  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
  2. Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by following established protocols and standards.
  3. Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to analyze and interpret test results.
  4. Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  5. Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  6. Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education.
  8. Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding test results and any necessary follow-up.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall laboratory performance.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all laboratory activities.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards.
  17. Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced laboratory staff.
  18. Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and laboratory processes.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
  20. Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of laboratory work to provide the best possible care for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Laboratory Processes, Procedures, And Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Performing Various Laboratory Tests And Accurately Interpreting Results.
