  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Hipaa, Ada, And Fda.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Issues To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
