Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Hipaa, Ada, And Fda.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Issues To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
