  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall objectives and values
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues
  • Manage the recruitment process for all manufacturing positions, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for employees and help facilitate training programs
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning for employees
  • Support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Manufacturing Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Applicable Laws And Regulations Related To Employment, Compensation, And Benefits.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Employees.

  • Experience In Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
