- Lead and manage the Plan to Inventory solution area for KPMG's SAP consulting team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their inventory processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize clients' inventory management using SAP.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP and incorporate them into project plans.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee the development of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with other Directors and senior leadership to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the SAP consulting team.
- Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in SAP and attract potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of SAP implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Extensive Experience With Sap: A Director, Sap - Plan To Inventory At Kpmg Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Software And Its Various Modules Related To Planning And Inventory Management. They Should Be Well-Versed In Both The Technical And Functional Aspects Of Sap.
