- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability, in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of finance and lease administration professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive high performance and achieve targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities, and make informed recommendations to senior management.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements for the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and other external stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and real estate, to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial and lease administration processes.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to streamline operations and increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes related to finance and lease administration, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive overall business success.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Finance And Lease Administration, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Lease Accounting Standards (E.g. Asc 842).
Experience With Financial Analysis And Reporting, Including The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Effectively Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
