Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working On Community Development Projects In A Municipal Government Setting.
Demonstrated Experience In Using Design Thinking And Human-Centered Design Principles To Address Complex Civic Challenges.
Proficiency In Graphic Design And Data Analysis Software, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Arcgis.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Complex Information To A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders.
