  1. Coordinate patient services: The Patient Service & Discharge Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient services including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Discharge Planning Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Insurance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams.

  • Proficient In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Relevant Software Programs.
