  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral and mental health concerns of clients.
  2. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  5. Conduct psychosocial assessments and make appropriate referrals to community resources.
  6. Advocate for clients' rights and promote social justice by identifying and addressing systemic barriers and discrimination.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
  8. Attend regular team meetings and participate in case consultations.
  9. Stay updated on current social work practices and research to ensure the provision of evidence-based interventions.
  10. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  11. Provide education and support to families and caregivers of clients.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to coordinate services for clients.
  13. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  14. Conduct outreach and engage with the community to raise awareness about mental health and social justice issues.
  15. Serve as a positive role model for clients and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  16. Demonstrate sensitivity and cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
  17. Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations in all interactions with clients and their information.
  18. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization and maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  19. Foster a strengths-based and client-centered approach in all interactions with clients.
  20. Collaborate with clients to develop discharge plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work: A Candidate Must Possess A Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides Essential Knowledge And Skills For The Role Of A Social Worker In A Healthcare Setting.

  • State Licensure: A Valid License To Practice As A Social Worker Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Educational And Ethical Standards Set By The State.
