
Clinical Customer Service Coordinator
At Johns Hopkins Medicine, we are looking for a Clinical Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience for our patients. As a Clinical Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our patients’ needs are met and that they are provided with superior levels of customer service.The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: • Ensure a superior customer service experience for all patients • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service • Monitor customer service trends and provide recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with staff and management to ensure customer service goals are met • Assist with training new customer service staff • Provide feedback to management to help identify opportunities for improvement
