In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our dealerships by developing and maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic support.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with John Deere dealerships to support their success.
  2. Provide strategic support to dealerships to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. Collaborate with dealerships to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and support to dealerships.
  5. Conduct regular dealer visits to assess needs and provide guidance and support.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure dealerships have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
  7. Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  8. Train and educate dealership staff on John Deere products, services, and processes.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador for John Deere and promote our products and services to dealerships and customers.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of the agriculture, construction, and forestry industries and provide relevant industry insights to dealerships.
  11. Represent John Deere at industry events and conferences.
  12. Act as a liaison between dealerships and John Deere, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring open communication.
  13. Provide leadership and mentorship to the dealer success team.
  14. Develop and implement training programs and materials for dealerships to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and grow relationships with dealerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Agriculture Or Heavy Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dealership Operations, Including Sales, Service, And Parts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Long-Term Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Dealers, Customers, And Internal Teams.
