12. Create and implement schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
13. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
14. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
15. Continuously strive to improve store processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
