- Create and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of JCPenney's products, services, and promotions.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting company values.
- Assist with scheduling and managing payroll for the customer service team.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for customer service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
