Quality Systems Training Specialist

Responsible for the development of training curriculum, development of training materials, system administration and delivery of training programs to achieve the sites business objectives, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitor effectiveness of programs. Develop and implement procedures, and competency-based assessments to measure the effectiveness of training. Consult with key stakeholders to identify training, learning and development program needs for employees. Identify knowledge and skills training needs by analyzing desired performance results and/or assessing employee training needs. Assist with the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of training and related learning support programs to address performance gaps. Assist with the development and/or customization of training materials targeted at specific trainee groups.
