
Staff Program Manager - Customer Success

- Lead and oversee the program management and execution of initiatives within the Customer Success team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of program managers to ensure high performance and development.
- Analyze program performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes and drive results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide updates on program status and progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform program strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Customer Success team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success, Account Management, Or Other Relevant Roles.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Experience In The Software Or Technology Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Pain Points.
