  1. Oversee all operations in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring they are aligned with Ingram Micro's global standards and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the APAC market.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and make informed decisions.
  4. Lead and manage a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and motivated work environment.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to ensure successful partnerships and business collaborations.
  6. Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, systems, and procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  7. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the APAC operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
  8. Continuously review and improve operational processes to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of APAC operations, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and expand existing ones in the APAC region.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company And With A Strong Focus On Operations And Supply Chain Management In The Apac Region.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Operational Efficiencies And Cost Savings.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apac Market Dynamics, Industry Trends, And Regulatory Requirements, With A Strong Network Of Contacts And Relationships Across The Region.

  • Excellent Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Business Plans That Align With Overall Company Objectives.

  • Strong Financial Acumen And Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And P&L Management, With A Demonstrated Ability To Drive Profitability And Growth.
