- Support the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff, setting a positive example and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, making recommendations for areas of improvement and implementing action plans.
- Assist in managing and coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless guest experience and promote the hotel's services and amenities.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its services, and local attractions, in order to provide accurate information to guests and enhance their experience.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and employees.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation within the hotel operations, and make recommendations to management.
- Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic among all staff members.
- Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner at all times, embodying the company's values and commitment to exceptional guest service.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Hotel Operations, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Strong Leadership, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proficiency In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations Software And Systems, Such As Opera And Fidelio.
