  1. Provide high-quality mental health services to Humana members, utilizing clinical expertise and skills.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of members and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to members, demonstrating a commitment to improving their overall well-being.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for members.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Serve as an advocate for members, identifying and addressing any barriers to care and connecting them with appropriate resources.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and maintain knowledge of current mental health trends and treatments.
  8. Participate in regular supervision and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the rights and autonomy of members.
  10. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and support.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  12. Represent Humana in a professional manner and uphold the company's mission, values, and standards of conduct.
  13. Act as a resource and mentor for other team members, providing guidance and support when needed.
  14. Contribute to a positive and impactful work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work (Msw) From An Accredited Program

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) In The State Where The Position Is Located

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Providing Culturally Competent Care

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders.
