- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain an organized and efficient appointment calendar.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary copays or payments.
- Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain and update patient records, including personal and medical information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Fluency In Multiple Languages: A Bilingual Medical Receptionist At Humana's Skyline Clinic Should Be Fluent In At Least Two Languages, With One Of Them Being English.
