
Bi-lingual Client Experience Associate
Are you a customer-focused and bi-lingual individual interested in joining a world-leading financial institution? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Bi-lingual Client Experience Associate at HSBC. This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating our financial services, making sure to provide a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural customer service inclination, and fluency in both English and a second language.
