They should have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle. They should be highly organized and have the ability to lead and manage teams. The Senior Business Analyst should also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure successful collaboration with all levels of the organization.
