- Conduct thorough inspections and analyses of mass-produced parts to ensure they meet Honda's high standards of quality and reliability.
- Identify and document any defects or issues with mass-produced parts and work with relevant teams to address and resolve them promptly.
- Utilize various quality control tools and techniques to monitor and assess the performance of mass production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of mass-produced parts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy in the evaluation of mass-produced parts.

- Monitor and analyze data related to mass production parts quality, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Industry, Preferably In A Quality Control Or Production Role.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Ts 16949.
Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation, With Experience Using Tools Like Six Sigma And Lean Manufacturing.
