  1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities on a daily basis.
  2. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Assist guests with checking in and out of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Provide guests with information about spa services, amenities, and promotions.
  5. Maintain inventory and restock supplies in the spa facilities.
  6. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for guests, ensuring they are clean and properly stocked.
  7. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the spa's appointment book.
  8. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  9. Uphold Hilton's high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
  11. Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and co-workers.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide an exceptional spa experience.
