1. Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued upon arrival.
2. Assist in the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
3. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
4. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
6. Monitor and handle guest complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective resolution.
7. Communicate with kitchen and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and equipment.
9. Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies and ordering as needed.
10. Attend and participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
11. Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
12. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing exceptional service with a smile.

16. Other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the food and beverage department.
