- Generate Sales: The Events Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and revenue by promoting and selling event spaces and services at Hilton Hotels.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients to plan and coordinate all aspects of their events, including room setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and any other special requests.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct Market Research: Continuously research the market and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and provide support whenever needed.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and event details to track progress and make improvements for future events.
- Attend Networking Events: Represent Hilton Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure all events meet Hilton Hotels' brand standards and provide an exceptional experience for guests.
- Provide Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve processes and services offered by Hilton Hotels.
- Adhere to Budget: Work within the allocated budget for each event to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay Compliant: Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to ensure ethical and legal conduct.
Bachelor’s Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Event Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
