- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and brand awareness across all Hilton properties.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders to promote the Hilton brand and secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and marketing.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Provide training and support to the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among the sales and marketing team, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience at Hilton Hotels.
- Represent Hilton Hotels at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and build relationships with potential clients.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement innovative sales and marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Hilton brand and its values, serving as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Marketing, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies, With A Focus On Revenue Growth And Brand Awareness.
