Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Psychiatry: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Psychiatry, With A Focus On Women's Behavioral Health. This Ensures That The Psychiatrist Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Treat Patients In This Specialized Field.

  • Experience In Women's Behavioral Health: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Treating Women's Behavioral Health Issues. This Experience Should Include A Wide Range Of Conditions, Such As Postpartum Depression, Eating Disorders, And Anxiety Disorders.

  • Familiarity With Evidence-Based Practices: Highmark Health Values Evidence-Based Practices And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Practices And How To Incorporate Them Into Treatment Plans For Patients With Women's Behavioral Health Concerns.
