  1. Serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for members, providing personalized support and guidance.

  4. Use excellent communication skills to effectively educate and empower members to make informed decisions about their health.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolutions to member inquiries.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address member concerns and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies to effectively support and educate members.
  9. Act as a liaison between members and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of care.
  10. Continuously strive to improve member satisfaction and retention by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  11. Promote a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards in all interactions with members.
  13. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to member engagement and healthcare.
  15. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards members, demonstrating a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
