Leader / Radiologic Technologist

The Henry Ford Health System is looking for a dynamic and experienced Leader / Radiologic Technologist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, customer service, and education.The Leader / Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care and providing leadership and guidance to the Radiology Technologists. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of radiologic procedures, maintaining excellent customer service, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.To be successful in this role, you must have a current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Radiology. Previous experience in a leadership role and an in-depth knowledge of Radiology equipment and procedures is also required. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
