HRIS Analyst

This person will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, support, and upkeep of the company’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with technology and has a knack for understanding complex data. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field, and at least three years of experience in an HRIS role. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, configure, and support the company’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
2. Analyze and interpret data in order to identify and solve organizational problems.
3. Gather and document business requirements and develop solutions to improve system efficiency.
4. Develop and implement user training plans and materials.
5. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
6. Generate and analyze reports to support the HR team.
7. Collaborate with members of the HR team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS.
8. Stay abreast of new technologies and trends to recommend and implement updates.
